The Buckeyes beat Purdue today and looked impressive. That wasn’t the most interesting football I watched today, though. Indiana had a crazy comeback win over Penn State, in Happy Valley. Penn State mounted an incredible comeback, but then sort of choked in the end. Indiana marched down the field to score the winning touchdown – with an absolutely incredible catch in the back of the end zone – with thirty seconds to go.
What a devastating loss for Penn State. They’ve had a rough year. A rough few seasons. To be on the brink of a comeback win over the number two team in the country, a few weeks after their coach was fired for not being able to win the big game, only to prove the naysayers right. Ouch.
