I mean look at that interior. And those lines...that dip behind the door reminds me of the lines on the Spitfire. Perhaps Triumph was inspired by the lines of the Bel Air. I've never noticed that on the 1957 Chevy before.

If there's a car show, Jake and Denny will find it. Tonight we had dinner at Quaker Steak and Lube in St. Petersburg...solely because the restaurant hosts Larry's Car Show every Thursday evening. I was a little worried the turnout would be low in light of the heat, but they had plenty of great cars and a decent amount of lookers, too. Great show!

Tropicana Field is, without question, the worst stadium in baseball. The facility just doesn't function well, at all. The people are always amazing, though, and make up for the facility in many ways.

We can back to The Hangar restaurant at Albert Whitted airport for a second time. The plane watching and the food are always great, so Renee and I were happy to come again when Jake asked.
We watched several smaller planes take off, and this Pilatus PC-12, a single engine turboprop. Several helicopters made their way in and out, too.

We went to For DeSoto for a hike this morning and took Teddy along. He had a lot of fun exploring the nooks and crannies of the battery at the park. I had to carry him down the stairs–he's still getting comfortable with those. But, other than that, he did great.
